Cardwin bonuses: turning a headline into a number
A casino bonus is an agreement: you receive extra money or spins, and in return you accept rules about how they can be used. We do not list Cardwin's current percentages, caps or wagering requirements — the operator sets and changes them, and we have not verified them. This hub explains every common bonus type and gives you a method to value any offer before you opt in. The terms published by the operator are always the ones that apply.

The four numbers that matter
Every offer can be reduced to four values: the bonus amount you actually receive, the wagering multiple, the wagering base (bonus only, or deposit plus bonus) and the time limit. Add the maximum bet while the bonus is active and the game contribution table, and you have everything needed to judge it. Our wagering guide walks through the arithmetic.
A worked example
Illustrative example, not a Cardwin term: you deposit €40 and receive a €40 bonus with wagering of 30 times the bonus. You must stake €1,200. On a slot with 96% RTP the expected loss over that volume is €48 — more than the bonus itself. If the wagering applied to deposit plus bonus, you would need to stake €2,400, with an expected loss of €96. The banner said "100% bonus"; the maths says the offer is worth less than nothing on average.
Traps that come up again and again
- Max bet with bonus: exceeding it, even once, can void the bonus and winnings — see bonus terms.
- Restricted games: some games are excluded or count at a low percentage.
- Max cashout: common on no deposit offers and free spins.
- One per person or household: multiple accounts lead to confiscation and closure.
When to say no
Playing without a bonus keeps your balance withdrawable at any time, with no betting caps or game restrictions. Decline a bonus if you cannot meet the wagering within the time limit at your normal stake, if you mainly play live or table games that contribute little, or if you want the freedom to cash out early. The opt-out is usually in the cashier — decide before you confirm the payment.
Bonuses and safer gambling
Promotions are marketing. They never override the deposit and loss limits you set in your account, and a responsible operator will not let them. If an offer is pushing you to deposit more or play longer than planned, skip it. Slovak residents can find national rules on bonus transparency on the Slovak bonus page.
